Christmas Orders (Click & Collect)

This festive season, all of our Christmas orders are pickup in-store only.

For products that vary in weight, while we try to match your requested weight as close as possible, please be aware that the final weight of your order may differ from what you initially selected. The price will be adjusted accordingly at the time of collection to reflect this variation, ensuring you’re only paying for what you receive.

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your unique order number. Please remember to bring this order number with you when you come to pick up your items, as it helps us quickly locate your order and get you on your way to enjoying the festive season.

Order Deadline: All Christmas orders must be placed by the 8th of December. Orders made after this date may not be fulfilled. Availability of specific items, including turkeys, hams, and special cuts are limited, please place your orders as soon as possible.

Depending on the volume of orders we receive, we may close our Christmas orders before the cut off date.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to secure your Christmas order. The deposit will be deducted from the final purchase price upon collection.

The deposit will be taken from your elected credit card once we have received your order and confirmed we are able to fulfil it.

Please note: Your total order value will appear as "pending" on your elected card statement. Once your order has been confirmed we will notify you via email and process a $50.00 deposit from your elected card which will be deducted from the final order price when you collect your order in-store. The remaining "pending" balance will be released back onto your card immediatly once the deposit has been taken.

Collection: All Christmas orders will be available for collection at Paddock to Table (58-62 Woods Street, Laverton) on your specified pick-up dates. You will receive a confirmation email with your allocated pick-up date.

Orders must be collected on the the allocated pickup date, if you have any concerns or are unable to collect your order please contact us as soon as possible on 9368 8220.

Order Changes and Cancellations: Any changes to your order must be made at least 7 days prior to the collection date.

Payments: Full payment is required upon collection of your order. We accept cash, card, and EFTPOS.

Product Availability: While we strive to fulfill every order, availability of products is not always guaranteed. In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide a particular item, we will contact you to discuss.

Special Requests: If you have any specific requests, such as particular cuts or portion sizes, please communicate them at the time of ordering. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
