Our dry-aged steaks are matured in-store for up to 28 days, allowing flavour to concentrate and develop naturally over time.
Alongside this, we offer Cape Grim steaks, which are also 100% grass-fed and finished, sourced from the clean, rugged environment of Tasmania’s Cape Grim region.
