Sourced from a Lamb farmer in Gordon, Victoria, who also runs his own select herd of Angus cattle, she was set aside in 2023 and continued to graze on the farmers property until she was moved to our farm in may and is now available in-store.
This older, grass-fed and finished cow yields meat that’s firmer in texture due to higher density resulting in a fuller flavoured experience.
